Please notify us within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the product(s) are damaged, incorrect, or no longer wanted. Failing to do so will result to assumption of acception of the product.
We at Gabriela Ephrem will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it’s a mistake on our side. Products returned must be unused and in returnable condition. Refunds will not be applied to products(s) that have been damaged or used.
