Hi Friend, thank you for choosing Gabriela Ephrem Shoes. We understand that sometimes the shoes don’t fit and we get it! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund. Items shipped in the last 15 days are eligible for return. 

All merchandise must have the pellicule on the bottom of the shoe, be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. Gabriela Ephrem Shoes reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged items.

  • Please email gabriela@gabrielaephrem to start the return process

  • Pack the items in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.

 

 

Exchanges


If you are requesting a size exchange of the same style and color, please email gabriela@gabrielaephrem.com and we will provide a code for the shoe exchange on the website. A new order can then be placed on www.gabrielaephrem.com for the exchange item. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
