A Wedding to Remember

This weekend we had the honor to be a part of our first wedding and it had to be one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever attended. Now, before I go on, I should add that the bride was my cousin and that just made it even more beautiful than it already was.

About a year ago, Crystal had been showing me some of the venues she was interested in and mentioned having an outdoor wedding. Fast forward to a few months ago when I joined Gabriela Ephrem and Gabriela and I were talking about what our plans and goals for GE and it hit us, we wanted brides wearing these elegant, comfortable sandals and Crystal needed a pair to wear on her big day. I reached out to her and asked if I may give her a pair as her gift and make today's post about her and well, she was just as excited as I was.

I've been so nervous about writing this post because it had to be perfect because Crystal is perfect!. She is the oldest girl out of all of us cousins and she raised the bar so high for us and showed us how far hard work and determination can get you, and she made it look so easy (It wasn't). I could go months without seeing her, but when we're together she's always ready to listen and encourages me in whatever it is I'm doing.

The ceremony and reception were beautiful, it was held at Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn. Crystal walked down the aisle to live mariachi (Yes! they had a mariachi band!) and married Scott under a beautiful tree. Of all the weddings I've been to these two looked the happiest. I'm so happy and proud of you both. Thank you for letting me be a part of one of the best days of your life and letting me share it. Gabriela and I wish you both nothing but a life of happiness, laughter and love.

Crystal wore her pair of Corumbau's while she got ready with her bridesmaids. She had her photographer take pictures of her wearing them, follow us on Instagram to check them out!

One of Crystal's bridesmaids tossed her heals for her pair of Corumbau.
